Design

Our design team now use the latest 2012 Solidworks modelling software. This allows designs to be viewed and shared with our customers as the model or project emerges allowing the customer to see exactly what they will be getting and any changes made before any manufacture has begun. We can also animate working models and demonstrate their effectiveness.

Structures can be load tested and sheet metal forms developed as 3 dimensional models ready for flattening and laser cutting.

We are pleased to partner our customers with a teamwork approach whilst undertaking design work allowing our customers to benefit from a laptop presentation of their project and a clear understanding of the layout and concept. This can assist in greater buy in of the design from all departments including Projects, Engineering, H&S and Production who can all have a ‘signing into check box’ on each drawing.
