Stainless Steel Fabrications & Sheet Metal WorkA large proportion of our work is within the food industry and is therefore in stainless steel. Our designs range from the manufacture and installation of large platforms and process systems to much smaller projects. We work in large stainless box section to the fabrication and welding of light gauge stainless steel.
Our workshop is equipped with the best available 150 tonne x 3 metre press and Safan guillotines along with a range of power punch, rolls, swagers and various specialist welding equipment. Sheet work in any material can be undertaken to customers’ drawings, samples or our own designs. The use of laser cut patterns generated from our Solidworks drawing system allows fantastic savings over conventional methods. Finishing ranged from polishing, smooth glass bead or powder coating to customers’ requirements.
